As a young person, I have often seen how social media is a driving force of social connection, and yet, ironically and tragically, one of the largest spaces of social isolation. Each person’s individual life is captured, categorized, and cleaned up.
Congratulations to the recipients of the NEXT Steps Awards! P2C-Students is excited to announce the recipients of its 2026 NEXT Steps Awards for students entering their first year of post-secondary education this fall. P2C-Students is pleased to celebrate this awards program in partnership with Youth for Christ/Youth Unlimited. This year, the P2C-Students NEXT Steps Awards is awarding 117 prizes totalling $50,000, including the largest award valued at $5000 and one at $2000. Additionally, there are 114 other awards between $200 and $1000. Application for these awards was accessible in French. The award recipients are selected in two phases. The first on May 28 had 74 awards. The second will be announced at the end of August.
